Dengan semakin besar terbukanya peluang usaha beras premium, maka berdampak pada persaingan yang ketat antar perusahaan industri beras premium. Salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam konteks persaingan dalam industri beras premium, adalah bagaimana mengetahui kebutuhan konsumen terhadap kualitas beras premium, karena pada umumnya dalam pasar, pemahaman konsumen terhadap beras premium hanya berdasarkan varietas (jenis beras), rasa, harga, dan penampakan secara visual kualitas beras, sedangkan faktor lain yang terkandung di dalam unsur beras premium tidaklah mereka pahami, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan terhadap kualitas, merupakan salah satu penyebab terabaikannya masalah ini, padahal derajad sosoh, butir patah, menir, dan rasa serta aromanya merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas beras....

Butir menir, yaitu butir beras sehat maupun cacat yang mempunyai ukuran ...mutu beras sangat bergantung pada mutu gabah yang akan digiling dan sarana mekanis yang digunakan dalam penggilingan. Selain itu, mutu gabah juga dipengaruhi oleh genetik tanaman, cuaca, waktu pemanenan, dan penanganan pascapanen. Pemilihan beras merupakan ungkapan selera pribadi konsumen, ditentukan oleh faktor subjektif dan dipengaruhi oleh lokasi, suku bangsa atau etnis, lingkungan, pendidikan, status sosial ekonomi, jenis pekerjaan, dan tingkat pendapatan. Beras yang mempunyai cita rasa nasi yang enak mempunyai hubungan dengan selera dan preferensi konsumen serta akan menentukan harga beras. Secara tidak langsung, faktor mutu beras diklasifikasikan berdasarkan nama atau jenis (brand name) beras atau varietas padi. Respons konsumen terhadap beras bermutu sangat tinggi. Agar konsumen mendapatkan jaminan mutu beras yang ada di pasaran maka dalam perdagangan beras harus diterapkan sistem standardisasi mutu beras....

Abstract: This article contains measures by the author made with a DSLR camera . The images used for the measures were taken in the period between ...Continuing the measures of my photos taken in 2007, the next results to come are from the measuring period between 11 Apr – 14 Apr 2007. The equipment used for photographing and the methods of photo processing and measuring are the same as those detailed in my previous article (Berko, 2008). Therefore, I would only like to note that I was working with a Canon 350D digital camera with a 35.5 cm Newtonian telescope and focal length increased to 4200 mm. The pictures were measured with Florent Losse’s program (Reduc 3.85). I used approximately 1490 photos for the present publication. It contains the data of 1855 independent measures of 192 pairs. Also, the structure of the tables, the contents of the notes section and the appendix with the images have all been created according to the previous publications....

Detach the lens from the camera, hold it so that the lens’ gold contacts are pointing down and lightly erase their exposed surface, cleaning them of any hand oil that might have gotten on them. Abstract: This publication presents double star measures made with a DSLR camera. The images used for the measures were taken in the period between ...nstead of the earlier CCD camera, since 2007 I have been using a digital one (Canon EOS 350D) for photographing the images to be measured. I mounted the camera on my Newton telescope of 35.5 cm diameter and 2100 mm focal length. For the sake of precision, I enlarged the camera’s focus 2X with the help of a photographic teleconverter. The focus thus increased to 4200 mm gives a 0.3089”/pixel resolution. For the later photo-processing and the measures, I took several dozen images of each sky area that I had previously chosen. The exposure times are 10 - 60 seconds, depending on the brightness of the stars to be recorded. In the case of fainter stars, I added up more photos, while for closer doubles I took the average of the images. With this method, it has become possible to record a larger field of view, which is of great help in identifying the doubles...

Salah satu bentuk tindakan yang dapat mengakibatkan persaingan tidak sehat adalah persekongkolan dalam tender, yang merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang dilarang oleh UU No. 5 Tahun 1999. Persekongkolan tender (atau kolusi tender) terjadi ketika pelaku usaha, yang seharusnya bersaing secara tertutup, bersekongkol untuk menaikkan harga atau menurunkan kualitas barang atau jasa untuk para pembeli yang ingin memperoleh produk atau jasa melalui suatu proses pengadaan. Notaris sebagai pembuat akta para peserta yang mengikuti tender juga dapat dijadikan subjek dalam persekongkolan tender.
