Fiero Power Window Switch Upgrade. Everybody has a reason for doing projects. Mine was that I was tired of looking at the worn lettering on the Power Window switch panel. Some of the alternatives I considered: 1) Find a newer looking Fiero switch panel - lots of Fiero owners have done this, but this lacked the "pizzazz" I was looking for. 2) Make a new replacement panel with legends. 1. Cut the window switch "up" wire. This wire will have 12 volts when you push the window switch "up". 2. Connect the BROWN wire to the switch side of the "up" wire. 3. Connect the GREEN wire to the motor side of the "up" wire. 4. Cut the window switch "down" wire. This wire will have 12 volts when you push the window switch "down". 5. Connect the WHITE wire to the switch side of the "down" wire. 6. Connect the BLUE wire to the motor side of the "down" wire. 7. From the window control unit connect the RED wire to a constant 12 volts.
