The SuperGlide's Way tubes are coated with SlipPlate at the factory to provide lubrication for ONE TRIP ONLY. You must inform the customer that he will need to continue using the graphite-based lubricant SlipPlate or a medium duty grease on the top and inward facing sides of the way tubes
1) Drain cooling system. Disconnect air intake hose. Disconnect emission control hoses from air cleaner. Remove air cleaner mounting bolt and wing nut. Remove air cleaner. 2) Disconnect accelerator cable. Disconnect throttle cable (A/T). Disconnect carburetor wiring connector. Disconnect emission control hoses and tag for installation. Disconnect fuel inlet hose. Remove 4 carburetor mounting nuts and No. 1 vacuum pipe. Remove carburetor
Make certain the trailer's king pin box does not contact the inside edge of the bed. Trucks with bed liners may need a tall Mounting Post. See "NOTE" under "Drilling the Bed" for further details. It is the installers and customers responsibility to ensure there is proper clearance between the truck and trailer. There should be a minimum of 2" of clearance as the trailer passes the cab
Step 4- Unplug the 3 factory cables plugged into your car seat under the front portion of the seat. No tools required. Remember to plug these back in after you have completed the install. Step 5- Remove your car seat carefully. (Approx weight is 25 pounds) Step 6- Place your factory seat on a bench or on the ground on a clean sheet, towel etc...(don’t want to et it dirty)
