Introduction
Polyuricuhypertonic syndromes include those disorders where the kidney is unable to conserve water as it should and, therefore, the ratio of water to solute in body fluids is reduced. The three major classes of the polyuric syndromes are: solute or osmotic diuresis, central diabetes insipidus, and nephrogenic diabetes insipidus
