Thank you for reserving space with NBN at Book Expo America 2007 being held at the Jacob Javits Convention
Center, New York, NY; Friday through Sunday, June 1 - 3. I’m very glad you’ll be joining us and I look forward to
working with you on the details over the next 4 months. Arrangements are gearing up so please be sure to read
all of the enclosed materials as soon as you can and pay close attention to the deadlines that will be coming fast
and furious. As you can imagine, organizing such a large group is a huge task and I appreciate you working with
me to meet all the deadlines.
The “BEA Bulletins” in this packet cover everything from hotel reservations, how to add/edit your BEA directory
listing, information on badges, shipping your books, posters, headers, author signings, and much more.
Periodically, when I receive information directly from show management, I’ll pass it on to you either by email or
