Description

Accounting for Managers is the required third accounting course for management
students at Georgia Southern University. The course evolved from the demands of
regional employers that management majors have a better understanding of the
accounting disciplines before entering the workplace. Course objectives include (1)
developing problem-solving and analytical skills, and (2) understanding and
communicating financial accounting, managerial accounting and auditing information
relevant to business decisions.
