A brief survey of psychotherapy. It draws the difference between psychiatry (performed by healthcare practitioners who is able to prescribe drugs) and psychotherapy. It then examines the various universities of psychotherapy because dropping into 4 groups based about their focus. The focuses take the thinking, the feeling, the relations and the physical undertaking. There is a good example given of every kind of the psychotherapies indexed.
