Description

At some points in our lifes, we will lose things that are of value to us: material things, cases, jobs, but also friends, lovers, people ...and then our lives are changed forever. We are left alone, anguished and devastated, our hopes and dreams scattered.

Healing from love takes time, yet we can heal from loss far more effectively than we are led to believe.

This document offers stepping stones that can lead us back to life, happiness and love.
